In a calm and nurturing environment, we will dig deep to identify your feelings, examine how the patterns in your life serve you, and find coping strategies that work for you. We will rely on our interactions in the therapy session to help us access and begin to heal your pain. We will use the safe space of our relationship to practice authentic self-expression with confidence and improve how you relate to the people in your life.     Let’s work together to make a treatment plan that is unique to you. I practice therapy using evidence based techniques in a collaborative approach. I like to draw from several different treatment modalities including psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR and parts work.
